Fixed: Logitech Mouse's scroll wheel doesn't work in Chrome

One day my Logitech mouse suddenly was not able to scroll in Chrome on Windows 10.
After doing some research on Google, the following solution works.

1. Run "Logitech Options" app.
2. On "Point & Scroll" tab, disable "Smooth scrolling".
3. Done.
