Apr 3, 2023 C186410026 case created. Apr 5, 2023 delay in fixing, a techician came and said the problem was outside my home. Apr 7, 2023 "may be resolved as we were unable to pinpoint the cause of it." Apr 9, 2023 The second techician came in and tested with his special tools, said the problem was clear that a indicator number which should be less than 7% was 37%. And an update would be available within 48 to 72 hours. Apr 10, 2023 I saw a Rogers truck under my building so texted the second techician to ask if that was working for my case. He replied no. I confirmed the problem still existed. Apr 12,2023 Nothing changed so I texted the sencond techician at 7:50 am to follow up. But I didn't get a reply. 18:16 I called Rogers again to follow up. The agent said it was solved in Apri 10. But certainly it's not and I didn't get informed of any update from Rogers. The agent sent the third Senior techician to come on Apr 14. Apr 14,2023 From 10 am, the issue seemd disappeared. At 4 pm, the 3rd tech came and replaced the modem. So far so good.
